Accessing a purchased eBook
After the order shows a confirmed payment, sign in with the same KRI account on the website or mobile app and open My Library. eBooks are read through the KRI reader; the store does not offer a public PDF or raw book-file download.
Offline reading
The product plan is for a book saved in the mobile app to remain readable offline on that device. If an order is refunded or account access changes while a device is offline, the app can receive that change only after it reconnects. Device limits and behavior in the current app release are still being verified, so KRI must approve this wording before live use.
Requesting help with a refund
If you have a question about a purchase, email customerservice@kriteachings.org with your order number, the book title, and a short description of the issue. KRI has not yet approved refund eligibility rules, a request deadline, or a partial-refund process; this page makes no promise about those details.
If a payment result is unclear
Check the order in your account before trying to pay again. If your bank shows a charge but the order is not clear, contact support and include the order number if available.
